Sionna says:

"As far as the basics of the costume's construction, it's the same as mine. A lighter green was chosen than the anime since we were doing the "manga versions" of the characters. The material is also a suiting, but I got lucky and found it in the clearance section at JoAnn's. I got all they had left of it. Luckily, there was enough to finish the costume. *blink* o_o; That would've sucked, otherwise. And as the case was with my costume's fabric, it pleated and fell nicely for a great effect. ^^"


"For the bow color, I checked every fabric I found in the clearance area (the best place to check first) for the right color and finally found one that I figured would work. First off, I had already gotten a ribbon of the desired color, so all I had to do was try to match that ribbon color to a fabric. Voila! Check the picture to see how I did. ^_^"
"The pink bows were also made a fabric, again so that the right size could be made. As for her shoes... Damn, I got lucky. ^^ I found the perfect pair of shoes on sale at Wal-Mart for $10 and in the right size for Kristi. The only downfall..they were black suede. But Mom- goddess of crafting and sewing- came to the rescue with a can of green floral spray paint. This paint is designed for the suede-ish, leathery fake flowers and leaves and stuff. Perfect! All I had to do was stuff the shoes with newspaper, put some painters tape around the edges and the bottom sole, and paint away! I used probably 3/4 of the can. Oh, and the shoes also have a little design on the sides, but you can't tell."
"Lastly, we just added some white shoelaces. Done! Instant Jupiter shoes! Mwahaha. And the heels on those... On purpose I wanted to find shoes for Kristi that would have a high heel, and have my Mars heels with a lower heel since Kristi and I are about the same height and Jupiter is supposed to be taller than Mars. *shrugs* The illusion was created, so it worked. Hehe."
Sailor Jupiter is understandably confident.
After all, the outer senshi consider Jupiter the strongest of the inners.
Her lightning powers have no equal.
She's always ready to protect her friends.
