"Dress was made out of blue rayon and the apron and headband is white cotton sateen. The blue stripes were painted on with light blue fabric paint~ I [for some reason] decided to sew my scallops instead of just cut them out and seal the seams. There are also bows on the back like their senshi bows that have some interfacing to keep them sturdy. The apron is held up onto the dress via some heavy duty velcro and the bow snaps into place on the back where the apron ties meet. The headband has stiff interfacing and a wire headband weaved through. The collar is just regular blue satin ribbon. The earrings were just some cheapo earrings we got on ebay but the sent me the wrong color so I had to paint them TT___TT"
