Kat as Sailor Moon in a costume she made herself.

Kat says:

"These photos were take in 2001. This my first Manifest and it was sooo much fun.  I was dressed up as Sailor Moon!!!  I made the costume out of nylon lycra and a white leotard from Bloch (great place) white satin gloves were from there too,  I was only informed of Manifest 2 weeks before, so I made it by hand (as I did not have a sewing machine then) in 2 week from a small picture I had.  I also made a scepter and my hair was really expensive hair pieces."
