"My favorite senshi!! ^.^ I wanted to go as her to NDK badly, but I wanted a better costume than my original Puu. Originally, I thought I'd make a whole new regular Sailor Pluto, but I later decided to make her Eternal version. It's so beautiful and rarely seen on any senshi besides Moon." |

"I didn't use a pattern, just measured and cut. The bodice is made from stretchy satin. The silver material is metallic lame. The black material for the collar, sleeve lining, glove lining and boot lining are made of black metallic lame. The black material of the skirt is see-through material that's shiny, although I forgot the material's name. >.< The skirt is actually triple layered with two layers of the black material." |

"The front bow is see-through material and layered. The boots were made of white pleather. All the stars were bought in a pakage. They were all gold, so I had to paint one black, glue it to gold ribbon and spirit gum it on my head for the tiara." |

"The gloves were bought and hemmed. The wig was bought from Amphigory and styled accordingly." |

"The Time Staff was made by my dad. Except for the Garnet Orb, I painted a bouncy ball with nail polish!! Oh yes, the brooch was made of sculpy and painted silver." |
