"This costume has an interesting tale, as it was originally made in 2004 right after my Sailormars costume was completed. The accessories had never been made as I had really wanted to do the Time Staff first. (Sadly I still haven't been able to make one. ;-; ) Also, for back in the day when it was made, finding a good wig for this character was not an easy task and I really didn't want to go with standard black, nor did I look forward to the idea of custom dying a wig that long. ^^;" |

"And so the pieces of this costume sat around in my cosplay bin for the better part of the last decade, just waiting for the day that I would finally complete it. I did a lot of finishing work last year before BelleCon, but I didn't get to wear it then due to getting sick during the con. :/ So words cannot express just how excited I was to finally wear this costume during OMNI EXPO 2014!" |
